Task 18 - Practical remake activity (planning)

Planning 

My group decided to remake the title sequence for Gone Girl as practice. However, before we began making the sequence we had to plan out our ideas and make sure that our remake was similar to the real version.  The main planning that we had to do was to create a story board that shows ever scene that we need to film. This makes it easier to organise our ideas and make sure that we don’t forget any significant details.

Creating this story board was great practice for our real title sequence as it revealed how important planning is. At first we had not added much detail to our storyboard so when we began filming we forgot to film some scenes. This is something that we will definitely do differently when it comes to our real opening as without planning we won’t achieve much. Next time we will spend a long amount of time to make sure that everyone knows what to do.
