ROUGH CUT EVALUATION
The rough cut of our group's title sequence was pretty successful because everything went as planned even though we moved some ideas around at the last minute. We all took part in everything one at a time and none of us were left behind.
The quality of the video is not very clear because we had some difficulty saving it in the quality it was filmed in.
We did not use any sound because it was not necessary for this task. The video was mute and has no title credits. The video was just a combined series of shots we took from different angles and distance.
The location took time to be planned but in the end it was well done as we found a place that perfectly matches the location we wanted. The costumes were easy to decide on because the characters had clear personalities; the typical businesswoman wearing a smart dress with glasses while the homeless person is wearing a blanket around herself.
The props included a coin, blanket scarf, the ancient telephone and glasses. We've had these things already at home which made it easy to use.
The feedback of our class and teacher included making the plot storyline more clear by adding a transition or a sound effect between the present and flashback so the audience are aware. Also, another improvement would be to fix the camera quality.
